    Maurizio Liverani is the former CEO and Founder of ALGOL S.p.A., a public company based in Milan. ALGOL was one of the largest distributors of computer networking products (Cisco, 3COM, IBM, Novell, Intel, etc.) in Italy, Germany and France. Liverani is a Director of Assintel (the Italian 1T association). Liverani obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He received his B.Sc. from the University of Surrey.

    Michael Wheeler is a founder of e2enet.com, a company providing complete incubation services to early stage Internet Companies. Wheeler was the Chairman of the New York New Media Association (NYNMA). He is the former President of CNBC/Dow Jones Business Video. CNBC/Dow Jones Business Video is the first video wire service offering exclusive, unedited coverage of worldwide business and financial news events, in live audio, video and multimedia archives on its web site, (www.cnbcdowjones.com). Prior to this assignment, Mr. Wheeler was Senior Vice President and General Manager of NBC New Media. Wheeler joined NBC Cable in 1991 from the Financial News Network where he served as that network's president. Wheeler received a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Missouri.

    Edge is the founder of Trellis Software, a company dedicated to Internet development for Fortune 500 companies. Trellis was the first software company to develop a commercial Internet site where the entire content base was streaming media. The company has experience in practically every known source format in both analog and digital formats, providing conversion of audiovisual materials into streaming media format. Trellis' products and tools have created over 20,000 news stories containing in excess of 70,000 streaming media files distributed to over 20 financial and news organizations around the world. Clients receiving these files include MSNBC, NASDAQ, Bloomberg, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Before founding Trellis, Edge was Director of Technology for Bill Gates' Corbis Corporation.

  Aryeh Hecht  
    Hecht is the founder of Visual Persuasion Ltd., a design firm specializing in the development of visual identities--coordinating global brands and packaging design programs for conglomerate companies. Its client roster includes Coca Cola, Lucent Technologies, AT&T, Visa Credit Cards, Schweppes, Colgate-Palmolive and Parker Pens. A maverick in brand development, Hecht served as the program coordinator on the topic of "Graphic Design through High Technology" at the 1989 Congress of the International Council of Graphic Design Associations (ICOGRADA). Hecht also developed an unprecedented, comprehensive, interactive sales/presentation/training program---"Collective Corporate Knowledge"---for Sipa, a billion dollar Italian conglomerate. A recipient of numerous international design awards, Hecht also received the Worldstar from the World Packaging Organization. Hecht's selected works are held in a permanent collection in the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) and at the Staadlichen Museum in Berlin and the Israel Museum. His works have appeared in periodicals such as Communication Art, Advertising Age, and was featured in the book "Breaking the Rules of Graphic Design". A senior lecturer at Bezalel, Israel's National Academy of Arts and Design, Hecht taught topography, package design and art direction.

    A seasoned, television network executive, Yale Roe left ABC to found Yale Roe Films, Ltd in 1975. A former ABC television network executive, Yale Roe founded Yale Roe Films, Ltd. in 1975. Roe creates compelling video, film, and interactive multimedia projects for television, major corporations and public institutions. His Corporate Communications clients include Lucent Technologies, PepsiCo and AT&T. An Award winning documentary producer and director, Roe's most recent project, "Jerusalem, the City of God", aired on PBS. He has worked with Kirk Douglas, Liv Ullmann, Zubin Mehta, Betty Buckley, Eli Weisel, Isaac Stern, and Arthur Ashe. Roe received his BS and MA from Northwestern University.

  Gene Spence  
    Gene L. Spence is a founding Partner of Spence Associates International, Inc., headquartered in New York, a global Senior Executive level search firm founded in 2000. A visionary proponent of technology since 1984, he co-founded Heidrick & Struggles' International Technology practice. Spence served as Managing Director of H & S' Menlo Park, California practice from 1989 to 1991. For the last six years, he has conducted search assignments from the New York office. Conducting searches in the Technology, E-Business/Commerce, Industrial, International and Services sectors, Spence has cultivated a unique global perspective. Coupled with his 16 years of corporate experience at General Electric and Applied Materials, an international multi-billion dollar semiconductor equipment supplier, Spence draws on a global contact network stretching from Asia, the US and Europe. Among his affiliations, Spence serves on the Business Advisory Committee of the Business Council for the United Nations, and was an advisor to the New York City Investment Fund, chaired by Henry R. Kravis. Spence received his Bachelor's degree with honors from Clemson University and Master's degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

    As a public company CEO, financier and lawyer, Steven Bock's career has encompassed hands-on strategic and operational leadership, extensive financing and transactional experience, and broad-based legal experience. His strong business, financial and legal experience is complemented by a wide network of financial and business contacts. His experience also enables him to provide a broad range of advice and support to both "new economy" and "old economy" businesses, helping a business to focus on and further develop its strategic plan and key drivers for success, regardless of the nature of the business.

Since winding down his ten-year tenure as Chairman, CEO and President of Specialty Catalog Corp. (NASDAQ NM: CTLG) in early 2000, Bock has been involved in several projects involving financing and strategic consulting efforts for start-up and other businesses

Prior to Specialty Catalog Corp., Bock was an officer of a successful U.K. publicly-traded investment company with a $200 million investment portfolio, as well as co-founder of a private equity firm. He started his career as a corporate and securities lawyer with major New York City firms.

Bock graduated in 1975 from S.U.N.Y. at Albany with degrees in Economics and Accounting (summa cum laude; first in the School of Business), and graduated in 1978 from Harvard Law School (cum laude).

He is an active Board member of The Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and The Children's Museum, Boston. He is also a former member of The Young President's Organization.
